Exchanges are processed in two separate transactions:
- Make a new purchase of the item(s) you want instead.
- Return the unwanted item(s) for reimbursement to your payment method.
Important to know:
- If you do not have access to a printer and are unable to print your label, please email email@example.com; we'll send it to you.
- You may set up your return with your original or new order # depending on which price and/or payment method you want credited.
If you are using a new order #:
- Please wait 24 hours for new order to appear in our Return Order system.
- Returned items must match clothing type in the new order (since we are not looking at an original order, if you want credit for a different sized/styled item that you are returning, you must have purchased the same type of item we can credit back).
