Return Information
- All returns must be processed through our Return Order system.
- Find the link at the bottom of our website or URL: https://returns.lazyone.com
- Do not combine returns from more than one order.
- Additional item(s) found with your return will not be credited or returned back to you.
- Items are weighted: your label is good for the weight of your selected items only.
- Return labels are only through U.S. Mail (United States Postal Service).
- If you are unable to print your label, email that information to help@lazyone.com and we'll print and mail one physically to you.
- Do not process defective items through our Return Order system.
- Contact us at help@lazyone.com for assistance with defective items.

Refund Information
- Item(s) refunded must pass LazyOne's inspection (see restrictions).
- Credit is issued to the payment method attached to the order that was used for the return.
- Please use the order # with the payment method/ price of the item you want refunded.
- Credit issued within 7-10 business days after item(s) are received & have passed inspection.
- Self-paid return shipping is not reimbursable (Non-U.S.).
- For self-paid returns, you must be able to provide tracking information.
- LazyOne will withhold the shipping cost from your refund if/when:
- Address provided is undeliverable
- Multiple missed delivery attempts
- Package lost/ stolen (tracking shows proof of delivery)
- Return of unwanted items
- Duplicate orders
- Refused delivery
- Exemption from withheld return shipping:
- If LazyOne is at fault or the cause for your return
- If item is part of an exchange
- Other exemptions TBD LazyOne
- IMPORTANT! If your return is not eligible and/or does not pass inspection:
- Credit will not be issued
- Item(s) will not be sent back to you
