When purchased at a retail store, or when given a LazyOne gift, you can submit the unwanted item for an exchange.
- From our site, select the new item(s) you want replaced and make a new purchase on our website.
- Located at the bottom of the website, click on the Returns option to review the guidelines (THERE ARE EXCLUSIONS). This will direct you to step 3.
- HERE you’ll need this new order number and the email address you used.
NOTE: It might take up to 24 hours for your order to show up in the system.
- Follow each prompt, selecting the new item(s) to return as well as the reason why.
- Print the label, tape it to the box, and send the WRONG SIZED items(s) back (the one you bought at the store) to LazyOne.
